We charge $15 flat shipping and we ship all orders via Australia Post - Express Post. There are no additional shipping charges on all orders big or small. This helps us to offer the best competitive prices.

We offer same day dispatch on all orders! That means once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation message to say that we’ve received your order and it’s being prepared. We then pack your order and send it the same day via Australia Post - Express Post.

Currently, most orders are arriving between 3-5 business days. For parts of regional Australia, we are shipping your orders via Express Australia Post, to ensure they arrive in a timely manner. For all other orders that are going via Sendle or Standard Australia Post, estimated wait times are around 3-5 business days for most parts of Australia.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer returns on our masks and other PPE items due to the current health advice. Once this changes, we may be in a position to offer returns and we’ll update our returns policy accordingly. Yes we do offer AfterPay on all items so that you can shop and pay as you like. We also offer Apple Pay, Visa and MasterCard payments.
